This small hotel opened its doors on the October 1999. The hotel is located in a building which is catalogued in the historical, artistic zone of Santiago de Compostela and was restored with complete respect to the conservation criteria of the cultural and monumental heritage of a city privileged in these aspects

It is opinion however, that respecting tradition does not mean renouncing the comforts and benefits of modern life. Therefore, all our rooms, in addition to being carefully decorated, offer fully-fitted bathroom, central heating, telephone, music, satellite television, etc.

Situation

Our situation in the heart of the Old Town (in the street called Puerta de la Peña, which is so named because it is one of the seven gates that give entry to the old medieval city whose ramparts still wander trough our garden), makes this hotel an ideal place from which to visit the sites of Compostela: churches, monuments and museums, shops and restaurants, cultural atmosphere and nightlife. All this, without need of any other means of transport than your own feet
